This project consisted of a tenant fit-out of an existing 280,000-sq.ft. facility for conversion to an Amazon Last Mile Facility (AMZL). The fit-out work involved 4 main areas: Interior van parking, an interior parking and pick-up area, a delivery station (MHE area), and an office/breakroom area. The interior parking includes 166 stalls, with 33 pick-up stalls. Construction was originally supposed to start at the beginning of May 2021 but due to base building delays, Broccolini could only get access at the end of June 2021. However, Broccolini was still able to deliver the project within Amazon’s original timeline. Occupancy took place in September 2021.
